Kaye studied Bachelor of Science – Nursing, at Curtin University and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2008. Kaye currently works as Registered Nurse (part-time) looking after babies under 28 days at Neonatal Department at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, Subiaco, Perth (WA). Her previous paediatric nursing experience includes working at the Emergency Department, Gastroenterology and Immunology Departments at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children. She has also worked for Edith Cowan University as a Paediatric Clinical Facilitator. Kaye commenced at Perth Paediatrics in 2016. She brings her skills and dedicated passion of working with children, to the first multi-specialty private paediatric clinic in Western Australia.

Ajay Desai is a Consultant in pediatric intensive care medicine at Royal Brompton Hospital in London, United Kingdom. He is the Lead for the pediatric extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) programme, with a special interest in extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) and lead for pediatric integrated care pathways.

He graduated Medical College, Jaipur, India and then joined the 3-year postgraduate paediatric residency programme in India. I was awarded ‘Best Student Award’ for overall excellence in academic and extracurricular activities during medical school. He then moved to the UK in 2002 and soon joined the 5 year North London Paediatric fellowship to complete my CCT in Neonatal Medicine. Since September 2009 he was appointed as Consultant Neonatologist in a tertiary level intensive care unit at Ninewells University Hospital & Medical School, Dundee, Scotland. In December 2012, He moved to Abu Dhabi to join Bright Point Royal hospital and later on moved to join Corniche Hospital- a 64 bedded tertiary level NICU in Feb 2015, where he is currently working. His area of interest has always been Neonatal medicine & Intensive care. He has completed 3-years of subspecialty training in neonatal medicine at tertiary centres looking after babies with surgical and non -surgical problems. He was also the Vice-Chair of RCPCH Trainees Committee and was actively involved with RCPCH and its educational programme.

Mohamed Amin El Gohary is the Chief of the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. Earlier, he was Chief of Department of Pediatric Surgery at Al- Noor Hospital, Abu Dhabi. He has published Illustrative Laparoscopy Text book 2005, Principles of Surgery for Nurses 1980, and Mafraq Dose Guide 1989. He has given several guest lectures and has over 30 years of experience in teac hing and other academic pursuits. He is a specialist in Pediatric Surgery with discussion of thesis on Diseases of Separation Sexual Development in Children, Ordinary Member of ESPU (European Society Pediatric Urology) and BAPES (British Association of Pediatric Endoscopic Surgeons and also a Member of IPEG (International Pediatric Endoscopic GROUP). Professor Mehmet Emre Atabek has completed his Ph.D. at the age of 37 years from Erciyes University and postdoctoral studies from Selcuk University School of Meram Medicine. He has published more than 140 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute. He has been interested in searching metabolic problems of obese children in most of his articles. His articles have been cited more than 1500 citations by another article in Web of Science so far. He continues to work as head of the Department of Pedaitric Endocrinolgy, Necmettin Erbakan University.

Dr Yasser Alheraish is currently working as a Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He received his Medical Degree from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2000. He went on to complete his Pediatric Residency Program at KFSH&RC in 2006 which was then followed by completion of his Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship program.Dr Alheraish then spend four years in Canada where he completed a two-year Pediatric Intensive Care Fellowship Program at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, with a further two years at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario in the Cardiac Unit of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Dr Alheraish returned to Riyadh in 2015 and in October of that year he joined the Medical staff of the Heart Centre, at KFSH&RC as a Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist where he currently continues to practice.Dr Alheraish is actively involved with in the education and training for the Pediatric ECMO program at KFSH&RC and he is working with his colleagues on Pediatric heart transplant and ECMO protocol at KFSHRC,and will soon be taking on the additional role of Director for the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Fellowship Program. This is a recently established program that was proposed and accepted by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, likely for commencement in early 2019. Dr Alheraish was part of a group that identified a lack of advanced speciality programs for Pediatric Intensivists in the Middle East, hence this unique program was developed.

He also has a clinical appointment with the Department of Anesthesiology at The University of Miami School of Medicine Dr. Tirotta received his BA from Cornell University in 1982 and his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1986.
